Chief Financial Officer/Director of Multi-Family Operations and Property Management
Thomas George has served as the CFO to The Midby Companies for the last 10 years and has been instrumental in accurately maintaining the company’s financial controls while undergoing tremendous expansion and development of its numerous projects. Mr. George also serves as the company expert in multi-family housing management and operations, and was instrumental in creating the financial internal controls and reporting systems for the Escala project.
His ability to produce accurate, detailed proforma and cash flow projections for investors and equity partners have attributed to successful financing relationships. As the ongoing liaison with national and international banking sources and private investor groups, Tom has been responsible for maintaining relationships during all phases of loan origination, closing and post-closing reporting.
Previous to his involvement with The Midby Companies Thomas George has served in the capacity of CFO and COO of privately held real estate development and property management companies for over seventeen years, directing financial, cash flow, and operational management for a portfolio consisting of 43 apartment communities, in excess of 11,000 multi-family units, with annual revenues in excess of $50,000,000 per year and reporting to over 228 investors. His superior personnel management skills were key in overseeing over 265 employees consisting of the Regional Managers, Accounting/Human Resource Staff, Administrative Staff and on-site employees.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, University of Wyoming, Laramie, Wyoming. He is involved in numerous family, civic, and professional activities.
